All products are sold locally only. 

No shipping is available at this time. 

• Pickup details will be provided after purchase

• Orders must be picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe

• Failure to pick up an order may result in forfeiture without refund

Many of our products are custom-made, including:

• Logo designs

• Drawings

• Stationery

• Wood Door Hangers​

Custom work begins after payment is received.

Please note: 

• Custom items are created based on the information provided by the client

• Once work has begun, changes may be limited

• Turnaround times vary depending on project scope

Custom designs included a limited number of revisions (outlined at the time of purchase or quote).

• Revisions include small edits, not complete redesigns

• Additional revisions may incur extra fees

• Requests outside the original scope will be quoted seperately

For printed stationery and custom designs:

• Digital proofs with be provided for approval

• Client is responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, and details

• Final approval confirms accuracy

Once approved, we are not responsible for errors on the final product.

Printing services are offered as an optional add-on for stationery designs.

• Print colors may vary slightly from screen to print

• We are not responsible for color differences due to monitor settings

• Printing fees are non-refundable once production begins

• Payment is required before work begins

• Custom projects may require a deposit

• Final files or products are released only after full payment is received

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. 

Due to the custom nature of our work: ​

• All custom designs are final sale

• No refunds on logo designs, drawings, signage, or stationery 

• Printing services are non-refundable once approved

Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• The designer retains copyright to all original artwork

• Clients receive usage rights as outlined at purchase

• Logos and branding may include a full transfer of rights after final payment

The designer reserves the right to:

• Display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials

Resale, redistribution, or claiming designs are your own is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Messages sent outside of business hours with be answered during the next business day.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Turnaround times and pricing will be discussed prior to acceptance. 

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, weather events, or technical issues.
